Over the years, this philosophy, kept intact, has allowed us to become an international group. In 2015, we acquired our first manufacturing plant in Europe. To better satisfy our customers and ensure the quality of our products, we acquired the Swiss multinational SPIRELLA in 2018...

MSV-SPIRELLA remains a company – on a human scale – close to its customers
Success stories.
1981 > 1997
1981: Creation of the company Ménage Sélection Import, MSI, by Mr. Marcel Sobraques Sr. who buys in Spain and distributes in France the Spanish Mery broom.
1987: Mr. Marcel Sobraques Jr. joins the company and will continue its expansion at the national level and develop internationally.
1997: Creation of the company Valnet
to import complementary products from Asia.
1997 > 2002
1999: MSI decides to develop new markets and new product ranges (bath, ironing, storage, kitchen).
2002: MSI and VALNET merged to become Ménage Sélection Valnet. The MSV brand was created to expand our product ranges with complementary items.
Purchases from Asia are therefore amplified.
2002 > 2014
2004: End of the partnership with Rayen/Mery and export development thanks to our MSV brand.
2005: Creation of our first subsidiary
in Spain, MENAJE SELECCION VALNET
(which has since become COTEXSA IBERICA).
2014: Creation of MSV DEUTSCHLAND
2018
January 2018: Acquisition of the Swiss group SPIRELLA, which has a subsidiary in France and Germany.
